This product is for professional use but if you have the trays, custom trays that fit your teeth , you can get the expected results.
I had my trays done by my denstist a while ago but saw no reasn to pay 400 for treatment. Now I can do it myself for 30+ bucks.
This is way ahead of Crest strips or any drugstore cream. However not as good or as quick as BriteSmile. ($$$$)
Follow the instructions and your teeth will be as white as they can get.

Beware... this product is intended for sale to dentists only. The manufacture, Colgate, told us directly that SmileMedic should NOT be selling this product to the general public. This product does not contain all of the items required for use. SmileMedic has deplorable customer service and was unwilling to deal with the issue. This product may be good (haven't been able to actually use it)... but do not buy this product or any other from this seller.
